West Elm Marble-Top Coffee Table Review: Beautiful but High-Maintenance

The Case for Marble
West Elm's Marble-Top Coffee Table lands on more interior design mood boards than almost any other piece the brand makes. It's aspirational without being unattainable, and when you see it in person the quality argument largely holds up — this is real marble, not a printed laminate.
But marble is a living material that requires actual maintenance, and West Elm's marketing glosses over that reality. This review covers what the product page doesn't.
